Attaccante esterno ambidestro, proviene dal Club Deportivo Manacor, squadra della Tercera Federacion spagnola. Su di lui aveva messo gli occhi anche il Granada, intenzionato ad inserirlo nel proprio settore giovanile.
Bitata è già a disposizione di mister Mancini ed ha già svolto il suo primo allenamento con la squadra.
